Welcome, I am glad you are here.

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and together we'll build on your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking healing, greater self-understanding, and a renewed sense of safety and connection. As a trauma-informed therapist, I recognize how childhood experiences, relationships, family dynamics, and involvement with the justice system can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I also work with neurodivergent clients, including autistic individuals and people with ADHD, using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach, and provide a welcoming, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients. Together, we’ll process your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience, self-compassion, and a life aligned with your values and goals.

My background includes work in child welfare, schools, and with justice-involved individuals. This gives me a deep understanding of the impact of trauma, systemic barriers, and complex life experiences on mental health.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I have been serving families in Tuolumne County since 2014.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and my dogs.
